Contact

Tell us what happened

Email hello@nooktail.app with a concise issue description and non-sensitive app and device context: the Nooktail version, iOS version, device model, what you tried, and the error text shown on screen. Include roughly when it happened and your time zone.

If the app shows an import or request reference, you may include it. Only include a source link if it is public and you are comfortable sharing it with support. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, session tokens, full logs, or private photos or videos. We do not promise a fixed response time.

Import help

When a link does not become a recipe

Check that the source is a supported public Instagram or TikTok post. Deleted, restricted, or unavailable posts may not import. Follow the app’s retry or add-details guidance when shown. If the result is incomplete, review or correct the ingredients and steps before saving.

An interrupted request may already have a saved result. Check your existing import status and saved recipes before starting another import. A saved draft still needs your judgment before you make or serve the drink.

Accounts and privacy

Manage account data

Use Delete Account in the app to request account deletion. If deletion is incomplete, follow the retry or Apple settings guidance shown. Signing out, cancelling an import, or removing a local note does not by itself delete all server records.

For access, correction, deletion, or provider-data questions, email hello@nooktail.app with the subject “Privacy request” and describe what you need. We may need to confirm account ownership without asking for your password or sign-in code. Read the Privacy Policy for processing and retention details.

Content concerns

Corrections and rights reports

For a public cocktail correction, attribution question, image concern, or rights concern involving catalog or imported content, use the Catalog Issues guidance. For an emergency, contact local emergency services; support email is not an emergency channel.
